Dashboards: Crypto Inventory

The Crypto Inventory dashboard provides a high-level view of cryptographic usage observed in client/server traffic. It includes four data points, and a line graph with options to filter the data and/or drilldown to detailed data. This dashboard features a clear view of the percentage of encrypted relationships, as well as your progress towards quantum-safe cryptography as a percentage of your encrypted traffic.

Tip:  Where to find this in the Analytics Hub portal:
Main Menu → Dashboards → Crypto Inventory

Note:  Click data points to view evidence. Opens the Evidence page filtered for the query that matches that data point.

A line chart with the following display options:

The dashboard results can be filtered and the time frame updated using the Filter Bar (see Filtering).

Click the icon to filter the dashboard further by that data point.

Protocol Specific Panels (TLS/SSH)

An overall view of TLS/SSH protocol specific panels display below the Inventory dashboard, which display high level counts and charts that can be used to filter the data and/or drilldown to detailed data.

Detailed dashboards can be accessed by clicking the link within the protocol specific panels. See Dashboards: SSH or Dashboards: TLS.

Tip:  Pay close attention to the Version Downgraded percentage. Often clients will downgrade their cryptography to unsafe levels, and it is a good indicator of clients that will be unable to support the PQC encryption algorithms.

Use the filter bar to limit the results set from which the dashboard is built using the DTA query language (see Filtering).
